Jeff Thaler and the Atlantic Planning & Development team have been active in the Ocean City, Maryland resort area since 2000. Our experienced team has been at the forefront of the development and design of hotels, condominiums, townhomes, restaurants, retail, and office space. We have worked with most of the major hotel flag brands in the US, including Marriott, Hilton, Country Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn, and smaller boutique hotels.

Our mission is to facilitate the development of commercial and residential projects that bring value to the community and economic benefit to the investors. Atlantic Planning began in response to the demand for condominium units in the resort area of Ocean City, Maryland, and has since diversified to include a variety of projects in Worcester, Wicomico, and Sussex County, Delaware. The company’s broad portfolio of successful hotel, condominium, restaurant, commercial, and residential projects demonstrates our ability to deliver positive results for our clients.
